The Worker Support Hub Coordinator plays a dual role: serving as a trusted resource navigator for FanFest workers and as a trained independent monitoring surveyor. Coordinators staff the Hub during all FanFest operating hours, conduct proactive outreach across the FanFest grounds, administer the Worker Rights & Experience Survey, facilitate and support Hub programming, and provide warm referrals to legal, safety, and social service resources. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, cultural humility, discretion in handling sensitive information, and the ability to work effectively in a high-energy, large-scale event environment.
