Harris County is hosting a series of community meetings to introduce the Affordable Community Energy (ACE) Program — a new initiative that helps residents lower their monthly electric bills through local solar power. No panels are installed at your home, and there’s no cost to participate. Meetings are happening across Houston and Pasadena from September 17 – 24, with food, drinks, childcare, and transportation assistance available upon registration.
